By downloading, installing, or using the Visiting Card Scanner mobile application ("App") provided by Billing Pie Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Visiting Card Scanner is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Scan and digitize physical visiting cards
• Extract contact information from images
• Organize and store contact data
• Sync data with Google Sheets
• Integrate with Telegram bot for team collaboration
• Export contact data via email

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based services with the following terms:

• 2-Year Plan: ₹12,000 for 24 months of service
• Free trial: First 50 card scans at no cost
• Subscription includes unlimited card scans and all premium features

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scan copyrighted or proprietary materials without permission
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Share your account credentials with others

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the visiting cards and data you scan, upload, or process through our service. You warrant that you have the right to scan and process such materials.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Billing Pie Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of the data you input into our service. We obtain only the rights necessary to provide our services to you.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

7.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Sheets for data synchronization
• Telegram for bot integration
• Razorpay for payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billing Pie Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Billing Pie Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
