With the help of AI technology, we achieve 99% accuracy so you don’t have to type details manually or prepare sheets by hand. Once the data is extracted, you can:

• Export it to your email; or
• Connect your Google Sheet and keep everything in sync automatically.

How We Keep Your Data Safe

• ✅ Secure Backend (Appwrite over HTTPS): All your data is processed through our secure backend that only works on encrypted HTTPS connections.
• ✅ Safe Data Storage (S3): Your visiting card images and extracted data are stored securely in modern cloud storage.
• ✅ End-to-End Encryption (SSL): Every piece of data transferred between your device and our servers is protected using SSL encryption.
• ✅ Password Protection: Your passwords are stored in a secure, encrypted format – even we cannot see them.

Your Data, Your Choice

• You own your data.

• If you connect Google Sheets, it only happens with your explicit permission.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is stored as long as your account is active.
• If your account remains inactive for 1 year, we will email you all your data and then safely delete it from our servers.

Backups & Recovery

We maintain secure backups to protect against accidental data loss.

What Data We Collect

We do not collect unnecessary data like GPS location, SMS, microphone, or any personal details outside of your visiting cards.
